The Greentree School, Philadelphia PA

The Green Tree School provides education, therapeutic and clinical support to children ages 5-21 with autism spectrum disorder and severe emotional disability.

​

This project included input from the architect, the school leadership, the interior designer, and the signage designer. The school’s thoughtful and clear goal was to honor their donors and inspire their students.

The branches of the four bright, bold graphic trees include inspiring words that describe the foundational ideas that the Greentree School offers its students: achieve, prepare, discover, grow, succeed, create, ponder, laugh, educate, and blossom.

The limited budget required a creative approach to provide a vibrant and meaningful design. The design team created custom colored wall covering that blended seamlessly with the mosaic tiles and typography for a coordinated design spanning the entire entry wall.
